The 2024 Seminar on Complex Distillation Technology and Energy-Saving Distillation Processes and Equipment Successfully concluded in Suizhou, Hubei Province

On November 2, 2024, the "2024 Complex Distillation Technology and Distillation Energy-saving Process and Equipment Seminar" was successfully concluded in Suizhou, Hubei Province, sponsored by the National High Efficiency Separation Tower Packing and Device Technology Research and Promotion Center, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (Shanghai) Training Center, and Haichuan Chemical Technology Research Institute, and co-organized by Hubei Sanfeng Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd.

This conference brings together industry elites, focusing on the latest developments in distillation technology and exploration of energy-saving processes. The seminar had a total of 22 speech topics, gathering well-known enterprises such as Wanhua, Jingbo, Tongjiu, Hikvision Microelectronics, and Owen Kelly. Nearly 400 chemical industry experts attended the feast on site.

Yuan Lefeng, Chief Engineer of Hubei Sanfeng Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd., gave a speech on the topic of "Application of Heat Pump Compressors in the Distillation Industry".

Wang Tianyu, General Manager of Haichuan Chemical Technology Research Institute, gave a speech on the theme of "Development of New SCST and TST Tray Series Based on Jet Mass Transfer".

Bai Peng, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Chemical Engineering of Tianjin University, Li Shiyu, professor of the School of Chemical Engineering of Tianjin University and the Advanced Manufacturing School of Guangdong University of Technology, Cong Haifeng, associate professor of Tianjin University/National Engineering Research Center for Distillation Technology, and Li Wenpeng, associate professor of the School of Chemical Engineering of Zhengzhou University, respectively made speeches on the topics of "Distillation Separation Technology and Industrial Application of Highly Heat Sensitive Materials", "System Engineering Methods for Energy Saving in Distillation Process", "Enhanced Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Technology in Petroleum and Coal Chemical Distillation Process and Its Potential Analysis", "Development and Industrialization Application of Key Technologies for Continuous Flow Reaction and Advanced Separation".

On the first night of the conference, a "Sanfeng Night" welcome banquet was held, where guests enjoyed drinks and engaged in close and in-depth exchanges, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere on site. On the afternoon of the second day of the meeting, the guest team visited and inspected Hubei Sanfeng Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. to understand the development history and technical strength of Sanfeng Turbine. They went deep into the manufacturing site of heat pump distillation systems and heat pump compressors, and had intimate contact with the products.
